Bathing procedure in the SANARIUM®

To whom the classic sauna is too hot or dry, he can combine nowadays the positive healthy effects of sauna and steam bath. The Klafs sauna with SANARIUM® offers even 5 different bath forms. The SANARIUM® transforms the sauna at clients option into  a tropical bath, warm air bath, soft steam bath or a herbal bath. Completely ad libitum and  day form, how you feel better. At a temperature of about 60°C and a regular air humidity of maximum 55 % you have a specially gentle and comfortable climate for relaxation and well – being.

Therefore the relaxation in the SANARIUM® is ideal in order to get new energy. The change of pleasant heat and following slow down strengthens the immune system and the circulation. In short: the whole metabolism gets up to speed. And by the way the sanarium maintains your skin and purifies it. Body and soul equilibrate.

Bathing procedures

You have two hours time, some sauna towels and soap and you can start. You should not go hungry or with a full stomach into the SANARIUM® . Clean your body and dry yourself well. In case you have cold feet you should take a warm feet bath before going into the SANARIUM®. The sauna form SANARIUM®  allows a bath attendance of each max. 20 minutes. There you can sit or lie relaxed. In case you don’t feel well during the bath, then it is better if you leave immediately the cabin. Afterwards we recommend to sit down some 2 – 3 minutes.

Thereafter leave the cabin and take a breath of fresh air. Then cool down with the water tube or the splash sprinkler. Trained sauna bathers also cool down in the plunge basin. Afterwards you should only sit down or slowly walk. If required cool down again. A warm feet bath before the next sauna bath is good for the circulation. After a thorough cooling down the second and – like you want – third bath follows. To equalize you should drink after the sauna bath mineral water or fruit juices. This is healthy and refreshing.
