Typical for the classical sauna is the high temperature - between 175 and 220°F (80 and 105°C) - and the low humidity. Modern variations of this area, for example, the SNARIUM® with temperatures from 120-170°F (48-75°C) and a relative humidity of 30-55%. In the steam bath, temperatures are between 105 and 115°F (40 and 45°C). Steam is directed into the bath and is visible as a fog in the air. |
