Sauna, SANARIUM with SaunaPUR® and Steam Bath.

The temperature in the sauna is between 60 °C on the lower bench to 100 °C below the ceiling. This great heat is, nevertheless, easy to endure, if the air is dry at the same time. Dry air can absorb the rising humidity so that the cooling off of the body through transpiration continuous to function well. Despite the enormous surrounding heat, the body remains relatively cool, because the physical law of transpiration removes heat from the body. The easier the transpiration works, the better the cooling effect on the skin surface - that is why one is naked in the sauna. The opposite is the case: Because the body can not form transpiration so well, it heats up, but sweating is reduced. Steam baths with less humidity also exist, for example the Tepidarium. Often they are just used for relaxation, because warmth relaxes. Sauna, Sanarium® and SaunaPUR® want to do more than "just" relax. They want to train self-regulation capacity of the body.
