The original Finnish saunas offered a welcome break from the cold daily routine, but actually had only two settings: fire on or fire off - the rest was left to nature. The KLAFS sauna controls, on the other hand, contain an array of state-of-the-art technology: microprocessors, phase-controlled relay switches and a diagnostic system provide comfort, longevity and safety.

The elegant innovation TOUCHCONTROL brings the greatest possible level of comfort to your wellness area: It is now possible for the very first time to launch the ingenious feel-good programmes developed by sauna experts with a single touch. This includes not only setting the right temperature but also activating extra features, such as the relaxing COLOURED LIGHT in shades of blue for the after-work programme or for the beauty session a pore-opening SANARIUM® with extra steam and a red light to firm the skin. A choice of twelve standard programmes is available, all providing information on the respective process involved and on the medical effects. Or you can set up to ten individual programmes yourself, just as you please. TOUCHCONTROL has even more innovations: stylish, extra flat design, simple operation, password protected, high resolution and scratch resistant touch screen, solid aluminium housing, connectivity to the building control system, service interface, line-in for MP3. Sauna controls

Despite the sophisticated electronics involved, the large touch display and intuitive user interfaces of the 18029 and 18033 control units make them child's play to operate and view the perfect bathing temperature. A number of these intelligent devices also have an individual programme and several standard programmes for sauna and SANARIUM® operation, as well as automatic programme recall for the climate you set during your last visit. A time setting feature allows you to arrive home to find a perfectly heated sauna.

Our VDE tested control units offer a range of convenient functions, the SL 033 and SL 028 models, specifically developed for the SMARTSAUNA®, also being available in miniature format. KLAFS control units feature an elegant and flat design. They integrate harmoniously with any sauna model and fully express the beautiful combination of an original sauna idea and state-of-the-art technology.
