SAUNA TEMPERATURE

KLAFS ABC OF WELL-BEING

Depending on your personal preference, the temperature of the sauna should be set between 80°C and 100°C. Sometimes in Finland, the temperatures can reach up to 120°C. As a rule of thumb, however, a higher temperature and shorter sauna round is better than sweating for longer at a lower temperature. The ideal sauna temperature is always the temperature at which you feel most comfortable.
