A loft in an industrial look with a magnificent view of the residential city of Würzburg. Here the owners have created a special place to enjoy and relax - including sauna and jacuzzi.

Cook, eat, relax, take a sauna or enjoy the magnificent view from the jacuzzi on the terrace. This bright and spacious loft above the rooftops of the Franconian city of Würzburg offers all this. The owners have created a superlative multi-functional space here - with a clear design language and consistently kept in an industrial look. This is just as true for the kitchen as it is for the sauna, which was designed specifically for this room by our wellness experts at KLAFS. The completely free-standing sauna itself is made of stone pine. This type of wood has the property of spreading a particularly pleasant fragrance and has a calming effect on the body and mind. The sauna also features large glass fronts as well as a reclining area over two meters long in the window soffit. Here you can enjoy the wonderful view of the terrace. On the opposite side, a small window is also integrated, from which you can see into the back of the room. Overall, the sauna, like the entire room, radiates a lot of space and brightness.

In keeping with the overall concept, the terrace was also integrated as part of this "experience space". Here you can get a massage in the warm water of the jacuzzi. The hot tub installed by SSF.Pools by KLAFS has a lot to offer: The square model holds 1200 liters of water and has a large number of massage jets (24 in total). There are also eight air jets. The well-insulated jacuzzi is operated by touch display. A cover with side shelf securely closes the jacuzzi after use.
