It becomes clear as soon as you enter the building: The preference for bright colors and extravagant ideas are reflected in the interior design of the house, which was kept in the trendy industrial style throughout.

By creating their own wellness floor on the third floor of the house, the owners have fulfilled their personal wellness dream: A retreat for themselves that can also serve as a meeting place with friends and family. The privileged location on the staggered floor was utilized to the max: Large windows with a unique view over the expanses of the Siebengebirge make you forget about everyday life, while the relaxing sauna bath in the open-plan SHAPE sauna creates a private atmosphere.

The private spa has a number of highlights in store: In addition to the custom-made sauna, the owners also enjoy a freestanding bathtub. The bath platform made of gray-silver porcelain stoneware in quartzite look and porcelain stoneware tiles in anthracite contrast with the unique natural moss wall in the background. The sight of the wall of real moss is truly amazing. The green surface not only radiates additional tranquility in the room, but also gives a feeling of freshness - how appropriate in your own wellness retreat. In addition, the wellness floor invites you to relax with an open walk-in shower, an outdoor pool on the roof terrace and a spacious relaxation area.

The modern and striking attributes of the SHAPE sauna from KLAFS convinced the client and thus represent exactly the successful entrepreneurial family's sense of style. The sauna promises relaxation at the highest level with its modern, large-scale design of the interior cladding made of hemlock panels: The continuous glass front was clad all around with high-quality natural stone, so that no wooden end strips are visible - thus the sauna integrates harmoniously into the already present, sophisticated style of the wellness floor.

The sauna, equipped with numerous extras, leaves no wellness wishes unfulfilled and raises the bathing experience to a new level: With the SANARIUM® heater, the family can conjure up five different bathing forms in the sauna at once: Whether a classic sauna, warm air bath, tropical bath, aroma bath or soft steam bath - depending on your mood, the SANARIUM® has something for every sauna temperament. Gentle forms of sauna are the perfect introduction, especially for children.

In order to benefit even more intensively from the health-promoting effects of the sauna bath, the owner had the SANO 2 oxygen system integrated into the sauna. With this, the benefits of oxygen can be easily applied, so that concentration and performance for demanding everyday life is increased.
